Hiring Information for UBC Faculty Administrators:

After the Co-op office confirms the student's acceptance of the Co-op position, the hiring UBC department will need to prepare an appointment form and officially hire the student through the UBC's HRMS system. This is normally done through the hiring department's administrators. Please visit the UBC's Human Resources website for additional instructions on Co-op student appointment.
