We’re thrilled by the impactful work that you’re doing in STEM and so curious about your Co-op experiences. Bring us along on one of your work days, and you might be the winner of the three $100 Uber Eats gift cards!
To enter, email us at instagram@sciencecoop.ubc.ca with a series of carousel-style photos/videos or a reel that walk us through a “Day in the Life” of your current Co-op work term (remember to include your full name and student number!). Show us how you’re combining your academic learning with on-the-job experience, how your team collaborates, and everything in between – like the favourite iced matcha spot near your office, self care practices you developed to maintain work-life balance, or the emotional support pet at the office (especially the emotional support pet at the office!).
Consider capturing:
- What’s your favourite part of the job?
- What tasks or type of work do you usually perform (with permission from your employer if there is sensitive information)?
- How do you spend your lunch breaks?
- How do you connect with others in your workplace?
- What makes your co-op experience memorable?
